Introducing our new style Luxury Lodges

We are getting extremely excited here at Ribble Valley View. With the announcement that we have received planning permission for 12 Luxury Lodges, to be located on our site in the picturesque Ribble Valley, we have started to plan out Phase 2 and there are a few exciting things we wanted to let you know about.

The first thing to say is that the new site is on a natural camber, this means each lodge will be set on its own level, it will enjoy a setting that is naturally more secluded as well as unparalleled views of the valley. As Robert Simpson, one of the founders of Ribble Valley View pointed out, as you drive down into the valley of the Phase 2 site some other differences will become apparent.

“Not only is the layout and landscape of the new park going to be different but so too are the actual lodges, the new style lodges have a changed look to them utilising a special wood, there will be extended outside seating areas and optional hot tubs for owners and guests to enjoy the outdoor scenery in any weather they dare!”

When you step inside one of the new lodges it becomes apparent that they have transformed inside as well. There are options for log burners, kitchen finishes, open plan living spaces and upgraded roll-top style bathroom suites. In fact, as Ian Simpson, co-founder discusses, the possibilities are endless.

“If you are looking to buy one of our Luxury Lodges we felt it was important to be able to tailor it to your own specifications. We wanted to be able to offer our customers options rather than an off-the-shelf, one size fits all solution. It is important for our owners to have their own space, their own way.”

As work on Phase 2 commences the lodge park will be hosting open days each Sunday for Phase 2 from Sunday 14th May. A show lodge is due at the park on Monday 8th May to host anyone that would like to visit. If you would like to book an appointment at the show lodge please contact Ribble Valley View or stay in touch.
